Today once again, the chef from Brillante Suzuki in Hamamatsu and the chef from Yui Kobo came to Food for Life: Kitchen Lab and served Italian cuisine. Trained in Italy, the chef from Brillante Suzuki offers a rare opportunity to enjoy Italian cuisine of exceptional quality. I went there again today and thoroughly enjoyed delicious dishes.
Coffee roasted by Master Idaki Shin is also my constant companion throughout each day. Even on the hottest mornings, the first thing I enjoy is iced "Tamashii" coffee roasted by Master Idaki Shin. I drink it after meals, during a break at dusk, and again at night. I have come to the point where I cannot spend a day without "Tamashii" coffee. It has become the strength and support that enable me to make it through this hot summer.
I believe it is very important to continually find better ways of living and working so that I am not defeated by the heat, do not lose my inner center, and can realize what I truly wish to accomplish. I have also begun changing my living environment so that I can work energetically and move about comfortably. It has become very comfortable, and I am filled with motivation. As I put into practice the inspirations that come to me, the things I feel, and what is born from within, even more inspiration arises, new possibilities become visible, and a joyful flow of activity has begun.
What I wish to do is organize Master Idaki Shin's concerts for the realization of world peace. I know that when a concert hall is filled to capacity, the energy created there has an impact on the world. It is the joy of my life to continue reaching out to as many people as possible so that they may attend Master Idaki Shin's concerts, which I believe contribute more than anything else to the realization of world peace.
As I work toward filling the concert hall, I become filled with energy. My very life overflows with vitality. It brings me great joy, and I am deeply grateful. Thank you very much.
