Today, the monthly Entrepreneurs Salon was held. The weather has become extremely hot. Drenched in sweat, I made my way to the venue. What Master Idaki Shin speaks about is exactly what is needed now. And through the sensations of discomfort in my body, I become more aware of the ways in which my state is out of alignment, as well as of gaps within me. Today, because the heat was so severe, I realized that I had allowed myself to be somewhat distracted by it. When I listen carefully to his talk, the center of my life becomes fixed, and wherever I am and whatever I am doing, I become calm, settled, and at peace. I clearly understood my tendency to become restless and hurried when I move away from my center, and I also experienced that living without ever losing that center is something that cannot easily become part of me unless I practice it every day. I intend to improve from now on. Today's talk became an experience through which I understood that learning from the next generation, living with what we learn, and creating human society, is the way we are to live from this point forward. This is something I have been feeling throughout these past ten-odd years. I have been continually astonished by how different the state of the children being born today is from the way we were when we lived through our own childhoods. I feel that the children themselves, each one of them, will create a society in which the radiance of what it means to be human can shine forth and be fully lived. I have come to think recently that we who were born earlier simply need to create our own path in life. It is only natural because by creating our own path, we can create a path in which the next generation can live. In whatever era we may live, I hope to remain centered, always turning toward the future, and to continue creating new movements. From tomorrow, I will keep moving forward toward filling every seat at Master Idaki Shin's concerts. I am truly delighted and filled with gratitude that we could gather today again with so many people from across Japan. Thank you so much.
