I anticipate that Master Idaki Shin's concert, to be held on his birthday tomorrow, will be as significant as history changing, even to the extent of human history turning over. Through the changes I have gone through day by day leading up to tomorrow, I feel that life itself knows it in advance. I have always felt deeply that humanity cannot build a world of peace without the experience of being reborn while still alive—so I have worked for the past 42 years toward the realization of peace. Now, at last, I feel we are on the threshold of a new era opening before us. This is a concert I want people all over the world to experience. I pray that the energy of the concert will, beyond all boundaries of place, spread to the world. And I hope that light will be kindled in the hearts of those facing hardship, those living in sorrow and suffering, and that within them the strength to overcome their difficulties will be born. I will prepare for tomorrow, so that all may proceed smoothly. Thank you very much.
