Today, April 19th is an important day for us. We organize a concert each year, and this year, it was held at our NPO KOMA Guesthouse. The sound within the Guesthouse was truly from a world far beyond. Whenever I try to understand the meaning of the sound, I move farther from understanding, but when I simply place myself there, I am filled with bliss and come to experience love. Today as well, when I released all tension and let go even of the intention to understand, I found myself enveloped in a profound sense of comfort, as though I were dwelling in a world far beyond. The sound shone with light, and I experienced the happiness and joy of living in a world of light. The experience at the Guesthouse is truly exceptional. First, Master Idaki Shin attentively prepared Purification Coffee for us, using more than three times the usual amount of coffee beans. It was a taste that dissolved all limits and propelled me to leap. I have never tasted such exquisite coffee. After having received a finest purification, I listened to the concert. I deeply felt the world far beyond, and I clearly knew with my life that if I could live here, I could truly live. I am deeply grateful for a blissful life where I have an opportunity to share such an irreplaceable experience at the Guesthouse concert with all who gather.
After the concert, as I descended the mountain, the fresh greenery shone gently and beautifully, and simply gazing upon it enriched my heart and brought me happiness. A sense of joy arose over the opportunity to come to this place in such a beautiful season. I then arrived at the Koma Gallery Cafe located at the foot of Yasaka Pagoda. This place is the homeland of the soul. When I speak watched by Yasaka Pagoda, I feel the souls who once lived here listening intently. And when we recite poems to one another, I sense their presence through the air and wind. It was a wonderful evening. A life blessed with an abundant time enjoying poetry together with souls is truly a happy life, and once again today I felt deep gratitude. We also shared an authentic Italian meal, prepared by a chef who trained in Italy, and enjoyed a delightful time together. I feel that such experiences of sharing harmony and joy will surely transform space and spread waves of joy throughout the world. No matter the era, I wish for people to live together in harmony and for waves of joy to expand across the world, and here in Japan, I will continue striving to express my true self and to live by creating the future.
