Today again, I made my way to Roppongi, passing along streets with cherry blossoms in full bloom, my heart drawn to the radiant yellow dandelions blooming by the roadside, enjoying every step of the journey. At Tokyo Komaya, we once more held the “Journey Through the Land of Koguryo” gathering. The footage of Wunu Mountain Fortress and Wandu Mountain Fortress filmed by Master Idaki Shin makes it feel as though I am truly there, and I experience the emergence of my very being. Transcending time and dimension, I come to sense my eternal existence, and the world in which I live begins to be transformed. As I experience one life and love, the power to overcome anything arises within me, and I find myself becoming filled with love. Nature continually teaches me through messages that while being here in Japan, revealing one’s being and shining forth contributes to the world. Whenever in the land of Koguryo, I am always filled with happiness, and my being comes into presence. I am deeply happy and grateful to have had this experience again today. The “Komaya Special Ceremony Coffee,” roasted by Master Idaki Shin for Komaya, is a coffee from an entirely different dimension, incomparable to any other. The time spent savoring this coffee becomes something truly special. Today, we enjoyed sweets that resembled petals floating upon water. Their beauty and flavor were exquisite, and sharing them alongside this otherworldly coffee felt like a grand occasion. The moments spent composing and sharing poetry together with everyone evoke a sense of souls that have been together since ancient times, filling me with deep affection. To touch one another’s souls and hearts and to grow ever closer in familiarity is a profound joy for which I am truly grateful. To live and work wholeheartedly in our respective places and to look forward to gathering again at Komaya gives me a joy of living. When we part, saying, “See you next time,” a breeze comes through, letting me know that perhaps this is how we once lived in ancient times as well. Thank you very much for this deeply happy time.
