I held the event “Traveling in the Land of Koguryo” at Komaya, just as I envisioned it.
That conflicts are being repeated and many precious lives are being sacrificed, is a reality I cannot bear. It pains my heart to think of the situation of people there and how they must feel. I continue to think every day about what I can do to be helpful, although we are in different places. Because I have been holding Master Idaki Shin’s lectures and concerts, I have experienced that human life is connected as one. Although I am in Japan, I always live betting on the possibility that by creating a new world we can overcome this situation. Even now, with my internality connected to somewhere beyond, I spend each day with feeling that I am carrying out things and feelings that are born within. Today we held a screening of the land of Koguryo, and, at the same time as I saw it, I expressed words that were born as improvised poetry. A consciousness that objectifies others separates people from one another, divides them, and leads to war. Having found that the experience of regaining our humanity and living life as if united spreads to the world no matter where we are, I hold these gatherings in prayer with the feeling that perhaps through doing so the situation may change. By continuing without giving up, receiving many influences, and as many people begin to move and take action, I pray that the situation will change. I cannot help but pray that the lives of those who are suffering and in sorrow around the world will be enveloped by light. I pray that we may live protecting one another in one life. Thank you very much.
