Messages from Keiko Koma

19th Feb. 2026 / in Tokyo

Today, Mount Fuji revealed itself with even greater presence than usual, showing an extraordinarily beautiful form. The moment I saw it, my heart was cleared, and I felt that today was a day of celebration. I took a route I had not taken for a long time, and as many fond memories resurfaced, I reflected deeply on my life. Attending a junior high school choir competition led me to reflect even further. In my teenage years, I lived with the sorrowful feeling that human beings are born already bearing fate. After encountering Master Idaki Shin, I came to feel profoundly that settling the past and moving forward further and further into the future is the very meaning and proof of being alive. I am deeply grateful from my heart that I can live so. The wish to create a world in which people everywhere can escape situations of suffering and sorrow and live in happiness and peace has always remained within me, and I continue to act in Japan, believing that action itself becomes prayer. Gazing up at Mount Fuji, I always pray for peace in the world. With the hope that today too may be a day in which we can move closer to peace, I started my day. I believe that filling the concert halls for Master Idaki Shin’s performances is the shortest path toward peace. Each day, I continue to express myself and act with the hope that my message will reach many people. Thank you very much.
