Today and tomorrow, we will offer bento meals at Kitchen Labo. Chefs have come from Miyagi and Hamamatsu to prepare them heartfully. Food, the very nourishment of life, is made using seasonal ingredients grown without pesticides, additive-free seasonings, and antibiotic-free meat. With constant ingenuity, the chefs prepare delicious meals. All those involved began this project with the sincere wish that it would be of service to people. By joining our efforts, we are gradually fulfilling our wish to create a world where all can live with vitality. I heard that tonight is the Snow Moon. When the clear, beautiful moon shines in the night sky, the heart becomes full. Beautiful nature lights radiance in the heart. Human life, too, is beautiful. On this Snow Moon night, I prayed that a beautiful life may be lived beautifully as it is. When human life is beautiful, the surrounding space also becomes beautiful, and life can be lived in health and harmony. As a start, I will continue to devote myself to living beautifully inside every day. Thank you.
