Today as well, we had the pleasure of serving bento boxes and set meals at Food for Life – Kitchen Labo. I went there to have lunch and enjoyed it very much; everything was truly delicious.
Today, carrot cake was also made from carrots that had listened to the sounds of Master Idaki Shin. I was deeply moved by how the food that enters our bodies—having been purified and having listened to the sounds of Master Idaki Shin, filled with the energy of love—can be so gentle on the body and can cleanse it so beautifully.
I also ate a bento box for dinner, and it felt as though the warmth of the heart was conveyed to me in a very gentle way. It was as if the kindness and sincerity behind the food reached me directly.
I am truly happy and grateful that the wish for everyone’s lives to be healthy, vigorous, and supported by food that is kind to life itself has been given form and expressed in this way.
Going forward, we will continue to offer these meals on Mondays and Tuesdays (though not every week), and we would be grateful if many people could make use of them. We are also preparing ourselves together with everyone, hoping to start a food delivery service.
Ever since hearing the news of an elderly person who passed away due to lack of food, I felt strongly that this was necessary. It led us to establish Kitchen Labo. Once again, I sincerely thank everyone who came to visit us today.
