On this New Year’s Eve, at “Food for Life, Kitchen Labo,” we served Toshikoshi Soba noodles. It was our very first attempt. The soba turned out truly delicious. I prepared “purification” oshiruko soup, engaging in a quiet dialogue with the azuki beans. Within life, I experienced a state from which the very word “purification” was born. Lastly, we served “Tamashii” (soul) coffee roasted by Master Idaki Shin. Being able to welcome the New Year in a completely purified, auspicious state fills my heart with deep gratitude. Each day, I keenly feel that by joining efforts, overcoming difficulties together, and honoring the unique talents of each person, we are creating a new era. With all my heart, I pray that the coming year will be one in which people all over the world can live in peace and well-being, and I am filled with the desire to work toward making this a reality. I sincerely wish everyone good health and happiness. Thank you for all your support throughout the year. I look forward to your continued kind support in the year ahead. Thank you very much.
