When I step outside, the wind blows and the birds sing, and the life of nature tells me that we are living together. Feeling drawn to Jindaiji Temple nearby, I stopped by it. On the path I once walked with my father, I sensed his presence through the trees and grasses, the sound of wind, the energy rising from the earth, the air itself. Everything felt nostalgic, as if I had gone there to see my father. Simply being in that atmosphere, the joy of meeting him welled up from within my life, and even the most ordinary scenery brought a gentle smile to my face. Sitting at a traditional teahouse, the air of my childhood returned vividly; such is Jindaiji for me. Closing my eyes, I was taught that many souls had appeared and become one with space itself. The souls that had long been in darkness as if buried deep in the ground have finally emerged and melted into space, and in sensing this I understand that the times have changed profoundly, which fills me with joy. Through Master Idaki Shin’s concerts, I have repeatedly witnessed and experienced darkness being transformed into light, and because Master Idaki Shin continues to express liberation while himself bearing the burdens placed upon lives, it is visible to me that human life, the land, and space itself have been changing. We are now entering an era in which each person reveals what is true and creates a new world. Going to Jindaiji today and having been able to confirm this was a blessing. On a winter afternoon, wrapped in a nostalgic atmosphere, I could meet my father’s soul and felt deep happiness. Thank you.
