The wind was blowing, and along the road where I drove, fallen leaves were dancing in full motion. They seemed alive, riding waves of light as they floated and twirled. I thought to myself, how quickly another year has passed as I deeply felt the change of seasons. Only two months remain this year—this month and next month. It has been a year in which I began determined to live anew. Each day has been practice in living freshly, and so it continues to be. The old ways no longer work; it is time for all of us to shed old skins, letting go of what no longer fits, and to be born anew. As Master Idaki Shin was resurrected this January, I now truly understand that we, too, are meant to be revived. It was from my innermost wish to create a society and global environment in which children can live brightly that I began organizing the IDAKI Counseling Courses. Today another session was held, and children attended. Seeing them, I naturally smiled out of joy, realizing how blessed they are to be able to take the course from such a young age. There is no greater happiness, I believe, than to live your one and only life free from the control and turmoil of fate, and to follow the path of your true self. To help build a society where children can live freely, I renewed my resolve to live by expressing what is born from the depth of my being each day. I sincerely wish for Master Idaki Shin’s concerts once again to be filled to capacity, radiating energy that spreads throughout the world. With that heartfelt wish, I’m determined to continue thinking each day of how to create this path, and taking steady steps forward towards it. After the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, when gathering closely with others was seen as something bad, my mind and body that had huddled up is finally loosening, tasting freedom once again. Love spreads throughout the world. Love shines in a free, open space. This is how I wish to live. Thank you.
