Today, we held our first screening at Tokyo Koma-ya. The staff had said it would be a wonderful event because the acoustics there are excellent, and indeed, I was guided to the screening of our Persepolis concert. The sound was truly magnificent. Listening again to Master Idaki Shin’s performance at this time, I could clearly sense the presence of God, the presence of Great Being, and the profound workings of Master Idaki Shin. My inner state deepened, and I became keenly aware—through my very life—of how, in society, people live alienated, how human life is treated like an object, and how we have lost what it means to be human. I was taught that human beings are united with all life and all existence, and that we are beings meant to live with love. Through the performance, I also experienced that God is manifested through human beings. To treat such a precious human life as an object is unbearably sorrowful. I began anew with the resolve to live as one who lives with love, which is the true way of being human. When all persons follow their innermost wishes and lives and work to express their existence, the world will surely change. I understood this with absolute clarity. I will live to practice what I have come to know. Thank you.
