It was pouring rain. Driving through the blurred view, I tried hard to concentrate on living with my heart connected to the far beyond. I arrived at the destination safely, and by the time I was done with my errands, the rain and the wind had stopped, and I headed to Tokyo Komaya. Today also, I held "Today's Talk and Dialogue," at Komaya. I see Tokyo Komaya as the center of the world. Words that arise from deep within internality, the words of life, have the power to change circumstances and even to transform the world. That the place where such words are born is the center of the world is not just something seen; it is something deeply felt. If we can change circumstances and even transform the world, not through conflict but by living beautifully and giving birth to words of life, there is no greater blessing or happiness.
Betting on this possibility, every day, in the notebook, reflecting upon my internality, I write down what I feel or things that are bothering me, and sort them out. For me, it is truly a rich moment to feel the depths of life and the depths of my internality, and to write in poetry the scenes I perceive. I do not know what kind of future will unfold, but the scenery in the depths of my internality is beautiful. Sensing that we are surely heading towards a beautiful future, I am always able to renew my heart and resolve to live with the most beautiful heart and the most beautiful feelings, no matter what the circumstances. If I can express depth of my internality together with many people at Tokyo Komaya, it will surely have an even greater impact on the world. Today I had a vision of a single tear falling upon the surface of the water, ripples spreading out, and this world being purified, and I wrote a poem. I will move forward towards the realization of what I have expressed. Thank you very much.
