In Kizugawa, where the site of Koma-dera Temple remains, I had the opportunity to hold “Keiko Koma: My Life Story” at a venue that seemed to be in the fields. I felt that those who came were not there by mere coincidence. Only those with special ties would come all the way. I was sincerely grateful that I could speak about my life to people with deep connections who gathered there. Before the event, I visited the site of Koma-dera Temple and the Kuni-kyo ancient capital. The pleasant wind made me want to stay there forever, and I longed to be with the wind eternally. I heard the message, “With the pillar of the heart as the center.” Then, I learned for the first time that souls of Koguryo kings in the depth of my heart are the pillar of my heart. I was surprised and moved. I recognized that to a soul that knows the Koguryo kings, the kings’ souls exist as a pillar in the depth of one’s heart. For the first time, I realized that “with the pillar of the heart as the center” means living with Koguryo kings as one’s core. Owing to the guidance of souls, I came to hold “Keiko Koma: My Life Story” in this place. Today was the beginning of our “Dosa-mawari” - a promotional activity, which I envisioned as a part of the nation-building of Japan. When each person starts contemplating life, a wonderful nation will naturally be built. In a society where people are deprived of thinking about their lives, human lives keep being sacrificed. “A world where everyone shines in one’s true self is a peaceful world”—this is the purpose of NPO KOMA’s activities that we declare to the world. When I share my life story, I sense that the soul inside each person listening will start to move. And only when souls are rewarded, the innermost feelings of those of us living today will be fulfilled. I deeply feel that now is the time of nation-building in unity with souls. I am not on my own. Deep inside, I know that many souls are lending me their support. The shining greenery and flowers blooming in the fields reveal their exceptional beauty. The opportunity to work in this beautiful place was joyful and blissful. I was deeply grateful to gather with those with deep connections, and I look forward to the future that will unfold. It became a wonderful start. I felt happy and grateful for the opportunity to work in a place where the wind of Koguryo souls blew. It was truly a blissful experience.
