Today I came from Morioka to Sendai. I left Morioka, watching the beautiful scene of snow-covered Mt. Iwate and the mountain range. When I stopped at Kitakami along the way, I saw daffodils gently swaying in the wind. They reminded me of what it means to be human, made my heart warm and tears well up. I experienced at yesterday's concert that human beings are beings who live in unity with life. The wind tells us that we should live with one life without objectifying. Beautiful daffodils were smiling at me. The land of Master Idaki Shin‘s wife's hometown was gentle and full of warmth. The fresh, early spring breeze blew, washing and purifying my heart, and filling me with the desire to just become a human being and live as a human being. I arrived in Sendai and gave a video lecture and “Keiko Koma : My Life Story” at Komaya. It was a full house today also. It brought me great joy to see that if this many people are seriously thinking about life, Japan will change. I have felt since childhood that a world where thinking about life is meaningless is not a society where human beings can live. I believe that the way of the world will change if we can think about life, understand the meaning of being born and realize it in our life which we can only live once. I feel very delighted that I can see it as a nation-building movement and that I can see that it is right on target. I would be very grateful if we could continue to hold this event in the future and create a foundation for nation-building Japan. The breath of nation-building overflows, and abundant foundations are being poured. I am truly thankful to place myself here and to be able to express myself. Tomorrow, we shall hold a piano concert by Master Idaki Shin at Denryoku Hall. The experience you have at the concert is unlike anything you can find anywhere else. I am grateful that we are truly blessed to have our whole life embraced and experience love, and begin a life in which we can realize the buds of life that are born. Wishing to experience this together with many people, I look forward to welcoming you all from the bottom of my heart. Thank you very much.
