I met a single leaf on the roadside, radiating a new light. Today, I was blessed to have another pleasant encounter. Nature’s life is reborn into new life, shining a new light of life. I learned from it that we humans are also reborn into new lives with new life energy being born. Opening my chest and feeling deep within, I sense the blessing of infinite guidance. There is a shower of light. Receiving guidance, I take a step forward into an unknown world each day. There’s no extension of the past. I live every day stepping from present to future.
Today, for the first time, we had a Zoom meeting connecting people gathered at our bases Tokyo Koma-ya, Sendai Koma-ya, Kyoto Yasaka Koma Gallery Cafe, and others in different regions in their homes. Seeing everyone beyond the boundaries of locations and even talking with them was fun and joyful. I experienced that when we see each other’s faces and speak and exchange smiles and words, our lives gain strength from the communion. Even when we are suffering or our hearts are withered, we become energetic by meeting people. A human life stands as a pillar of the vast universe. I recognize that as long as I keep looking forward and living for the future, all will be well. Tomorrow, I will live another new day. And I will take a new step. Every day, I live embraced by light, connected with Great Being. Thank you very much.
