Today, I went from Sendai to Morioka. Though it was pouring along the way, the rain suddenly stopped when we got off the highway. I was thankful for great guidance and deeply grateful to have the opportunity to come to Morioka again this month. I found cherry trees along the fields. They lined the streets in Tokyo, but the scene of cherry blossoms in the fields was familiar and eased and warmed my heart. Encountering the beautiful landscape filled me with joy. NPO KOMA Tohoku Center, established as a base for the support of Tohoku’s recovery, just as Master Idaki Shin commented, “Like gathering around a hearth,” has the atmosphere of people coming close together around a hearth and listening intently to his lecture, most important to living life. The air is filled with warmth. While his every word seeps in, I can tell it becomes part of me. It is a gratifying and blissful moment. After the lecture, I give an open recording of my video lecture, and Master Idaki Shin brews coffee for us. Coffee brewed by him at NPO KOMA Tohoku Center has a profound taste that seeps into life. Such a moment is also blissful. I sincerely hope everyone gathered here will live vibrantly and happily. Master Idaki Shin has continuously told us about a way of life that brings happiness. He has been conveying love, most essential to humans, through his lectures, concerts and the way he lives. Whatever the era, it is important for each person to strive towards living a healthy and happy life. It will soon be the important day of April 19th. I’m grateful that my body and mind are becoming sharpened as I head toward this day. When I drank “Netsujo” (passion), a special coffee roasted by Master Idaki Shin, passion was born within me. Strength emerged from the depth of my stomach that turned into will, and as I connected with a world far beyond heaven, the will stood firm. When I regain passion, my physical pain disappears, and so does the suffering from feeling the burdens of others in society. The dimension changes. I recover the state of living energetically by doing what I most want to do with all my heart. Thank you very much.
