Hello everyone.
Today there was a concert at Yamaha Hall. As the first half of the concert theme was “Passion,” I once again thought about why the suffering of Jesus was called “passion.” From the sound of Master Idaki Shin, I could see only Jesus Christ and his suffering. And I understood with my life then “passion.” The figures I saw from the music was that, whatever happens, we cannot blame anyone else, we must live truthfully to our authentic selves throughout our lives, and we need to keep changing darkness. I deeply felt that we have to be human beings.
The second half of the concert theme was “Beautiful, Therefore Beautiful,” and I learned from Master Idaki Shin’s performance what being “beautiful” is. And I felt the importance of learning something. I experienced today that to be a human is to learn the way to live an authentic life and become a beautiful person to live that way until the end of one's life.
Tomorrow we have a concert in Mitaka. I am sincerely thankful that I have an opportunity again to learn and acquire the way to live as a human being. And I look forward to seeing you all. Thank you very much.
