Owing to Master Idaki Shin’s performance of the Koguryo koto (harp) in the land of Mitaka, I experienced the dissolution of the shadow and darkness of a 1300 year-long history. I kept having the same dream where I’m cleaning the house of our Koma family. The cleaning is finally done, and now I can head to the world with full power. I’m sincerely thankful. I came across the air of the after school hours of a Mitaka elementary school; it brought back the joy of learning and the dream to be realized in the future that I felt after school hours in my childhood. Though I carried a sense of emptiness before, the encounter with Master Idaki Shin transformed my life into one heading towards the realization of my dream. Learning and understanding what a human being is, I live a life that far exceeds anything I had imagined. Since the age of three, I have had the dream of realizing world peace. I deeply feel that now is the time for its realization. Taking action every day, I will move towards it. Thank you very much.
