Walking the hill of Montmartre, surrounded by a romantic aroma, I was drawn to a scent of literature, and invited to an unknown world. My soul knew that it was the world I had longed for, a path to the home of my soul. The process of looking inside myself and tracing it deeper to find the answer makes me feel alive and happy. Today I attended Master Idaki Shin’s lecture “Gender.” As I listened to him, I cleared my heart and journeyed into my internality. I was enriched inside and became filled with happiness. Without such an experience, people would not understand the meaning of their lives or live growing richer as human beings. It is something that people would have to experience to know. The experience of love, something humanity has most yearned for, is the meaning of life and the way to understand what a human being is.
Ever since I decided to go to Paris, the aroma I encountered on the hill of Montmartre revived—its romantic, pleasant aroma. My life is a great romance of history. My heart throbs anticipating a new encounter with souls. By expressing my innermost feelings and taking action accordingly, I will head towards time. Thank you very much.
