Many things happened on my way back from the Tohoku region to Tokyo, things unlikely to be understood by others if I told them. It made me think. As I have experienced and overcome circumstances, I should make use of them to head towards the future, which makes me excited. I now think about rolling out our activities worldwide. Today I called our staff in Russia and talked over many things. I visited there in search of my compatriots, separated 1300 years ago. It’s a true story—but I laughed to myself wondering who in the world would listen to such a story in earnest. Many Russian people, however, were intrigued by what I told them. I feel hope that people understand the truth. My journey to find my compatriots will continue. It’s something that excites me. I’ve been communicating with American people too, from whom I learn many things. I live my life in training to deepen understanding of human beings. Every learning experience motivates me. I anticipate that when I have a better understanding of human existence, I will meet those whom I am bound to meet. I expect to encounter further people on my journey to find my compatriots in Russia. It should happen wherever I go in the world. I feel that the global expansion of our activities can truly pave the way to peace. So I aim to live beautifully on the inside, with an appreciation for many realizations and learnings. I prepare myself and move forward. Thank you very much.
