We put up the lace curtain at Café Komaya of the Yui-Kobo shop, dyed by marbling technique on the night of a blue moon while Yasaka Pagoda and the beautiful moon watched over us. The curtain turned the café into a wondrous, captivating space, that felt like a foreign land or a space in a different dimension, making me wonder where I was. It is a place where one can enjoy exquisite coffee brewed from Master Idaki Shin’s freshly roasted beans together with a freshly baked cake. The coffee here sends me messages which are directed to all humankind. What I hear from them is the reality I live in. I understand with my life that humankind is on the verge of existence. I was taught in my night dream as well that if people lived thinking only about themselves and followed through with their egos, their lives would be ruined. At a time like this, I devote myself to being a human being who can receive and understand messages from Great Being. When I recognized that all occurrences are messages from Great Being, I acknowledged that I was guided by it to be able to continue to live, and I bowed my head with humility. Things stemming from human egos will surely not be realized. Now is a time when the past way of living cannot be continued. All messages I hear tell me that humans need to be awakened to be humans. Sadly, I perceive that in modern times when people take life and death too lightly, humans will only head towards extinction. By receiving and understanding many messages from Great Being, I will seriously think about creating a path where humans can continue to live. The path of living together with Great Being is one where light is found in darkness and light expands, filling the world. One cannot continue to live without being an authentic human being at all times. When I appreciated that realizing justice was an action of love, I shed tears with joy at being unified with Great Being. I will realize my wishes of living authentically as a human being throughout my life and create a good era where humans can truly live.
