Foundation of country

I decided to use, for the leaflet of our charity concert to be held in Morioka, a photo of Mt. Gojo, with the fortification wall of Koguryo. As I talked about rebuilding our country, I stressed the necessity of creating something new out of nothing, as our ancestors had built a robust new dynasty in ancient times by laying bricks and stones one by one. While I have been to the Tohoku district, I often recalled this and acknowledged the spirituality of ancient Koguryo’s people. Life was always paving a way for creating a future so that coming generations would live on in happiness. Each person’s life should be equally treated and preciously cherished so that everybody would live a brilliantly shining life in a new world. We were creating its foundation right now. The photo of the fortification wall of our concert leaflet always greatly encouraged me.
