Koma
As I wrote down Koma on Washi, a Japanese traditional paper, I realized the presence of souls of ancient Koguryo people. I became filled with vigor and my heart trembled. I heard that Washi, together with black paint and a brush, was originally introduced to Japan by Koguryo people. The Koma calligraphy seemed to tell me that a hidden truth would be disclosed before long. As I stood in the inner garden of the Koma gallery Café, the sign board with Koma calligraphy that I considered also as a sign of this started to shine. The photos of Mt. Gojo taken by Mr. Idaki Shin manifested the truth of Koguryo. So his photo exhibition would revive souls of Koguryo’s people and people with Koguryo’s souls would get together. I heard a deep gratitude expressed by souls of Koguryo people for his marvelous works manifesting the depth of Koguryo. Like this, while I was in Kyoto I could naturally talk to souls of my ancestors beyond the lapse of time in history. Everything I experienced here was the truth and it would be realized later in my life.
