According to my memory, I met Mr. Idaki Shin for the first time on the 23rd August thirty years ago. It was raining cats and dogs. A friend of mine accompanied me and drove a car to his place. Just moving from the car to the door I became drenched to the skin and I had to completely dry my clothes before meeting him. He showed up in white clothes that coincided in color with my white skirt. I have lost the skirt but I still have the sweater I had put on that day. I realized that an encounter would change one’s direction of life. Taking a right decision in a moment was crucial to open my future. If I had not met Mr. Idaki Shin that day I would have died long ago. At the Idaki Shin concert held the other day, a person came to talk to me and said the same things, she would never be able to live on without taking his counseling courses. A drastic change made in one person’s life surely influenced numerous others’ lives. Every person’s life was extremely precious. Mr. Idaki Shin delivered his message at his concert that he would like to inform everybody that we were living in a very special era of history that allowed anyone’s life to change all of a sudden in a marvelous way. To be alive was to be full of happiness. I could not express my sincere gratitude to him in words. His concert commemorated another lucky start in my life.
