The Gion festival

I had wished to realize an atmosphere of my ancestor’s festival and had planned a series of events, my lectures and Idaki Shin concerts, in Kyoto during the period of the Gion festival. And today I enjoyed watching its parade from our new office in Kyoto. Later there was a monthly Idaki counseling applied course in Kyoto. I was greatly impressed as I had never dreamt such an exciting day as today would happen in my life and I was filled with hope for our future as I realized that anything could be possible. In the counseling courses, Mr. Idaki Shin made me aware of the situation of Japan and of the importance of acknowledging properly what I sensed, and of not missing the opportunity to think about our society, because his courses and concerts have greatly elevated our sensitivities. I felt I should apply what I have learned so far in actual things in our society and contribute more and more to everybody in Japan, people all over the world and also to coming future generations. When people’s heart were unified, an enormous power to live on would be generated. Life without meaning was void and miserable. As I saw a gathering of numerous people at today’s Gion parade, I realized the importance of creating a truly good society for the benefit of its every member. One trend should end and a new movement would start towards an unknown future.

A summer festival

Thunder was heard and a storm hit us.
A dragon was flying in the sky and miraculously I caught sight of it.
Now I realized the presence of a great being that helped people
To create a good society since ancient times.
I felt deep gratitude.
Today I could spend a marvelous day
Encouraged by souls of my ancestors.
Thank you very much, and I swear to open up
A wonderful future.
