Shin

Today we started the special days by holding events in Kyoto. I was attracted by photo panels of the land of Koguryo photographed by Mr. Idaki Shin. They manifested great beings. One of which was the overall view of the tomb of king Kotai that specially impressed me feeling his sadness and I forgot where I was now. By the window I installed a mind-scape tapestry made with marbling technique, and behind the piano there was a big mind-scape curtain, both were shining brilliantly. In this beautiful space I gave my lecture event. I put on a newly handmade Koguryo costume that I finished last night. This was the second version, and made me totally refreshed. After my lecture Mr. Idaki Shin played the piano, as I brought there a Bösendorfer Imperial piano, the best concert piano in the world. It resonated to the core of my heart.
It sounded very dynamic and I experienced an extremely pleasant world as I felt the fusion of my life with the surrounding space, that I named Shin. I recalled that Mr. Idaki Shin explained to me that Shin consisted of two one line calligraphies, Shi and N, while Shi could refer to death, this word symbolically expressed the state of nothingness. Therefore I realized that today at his concert I experienced a new beginning out of nothingness, and a marvelous wind coming from far beyond the universe blew through my internality. Human beings should live in this marvelous world full of beautiful winds, lights and aroma. I was grateful to be provided with a beautiful life. I was happy seamlessly to pave a way for building our future. I envisioned that today’s gathering here with my fellows was positively influencing the whole world to open up our future full of hope.
