In Kyoto

When I arrived at the Koma gallery Café at Yasaka, Kyoto, a beautiful tree with cherry blossom in the inner garden welcomed me as if it had been waiting for me so long. It seemed to tell me that the Yasaka tower has been with us and was ready to collaborate in rebuilding our nation. At the kitchen, Mr. Idaki Shin kept on making Kaiun (good luck) Zenzai and Bijin (beautiful woman) Shiruko. Nobody else could make them as I witnessed that his divine hands made beans and other food stuffs happy and shine brilliantly in the world three stages before the Big Bang. Those who could taste them were indeed very lucky. These holy foods made us extremely vigorous and happy. While his concert filled our internality with very rich human spirituality, his foods made us beautiful from within our lives. This was a basis for rebuilding our world. I had a great time and was encouraged to open up our future. Alongside the Kamogawa river, there were many blossoming cherry trees and flowers and buds were shining marvelously and purified our lives. At night special lighting effects illuminated the arch of cherry blossom trees. A touch of new joy welcoming a spring season was born as these flowers were really beautiful and greatly attracted my heart.

In Kyoto

As I walked along the Kamogawa river,
Images of my father who has been dead so long revived in my eyes.
He was also walking along the river
and joyfully welcomed the arrival of the best opportunity
for rebuilding our world together with me.
The same sound of wind as in ancient times was heard
and my future direction was shown.
As I saw a brilliant light-scape on the surface of the water,
Its waves made me recall those of the great river
traversing the great land of ancient Koguryo, my ancestor’s home.
I recalled a message I had received from an ancient princess who
Sadly but with firm will, entrusted her eternal romance
to the endless flow of the river.
Blown by winds, her sadness was still visible at the waving surface of the river.
However, she was not alone.
Acknowledging gratitude to be alive,
I was determined to pave a way for creating an authentic good society
So that everybody’s deepest wishes should be fulfilled.
