In ancient Koguryo’s dynasty, the first of October was a festival day to worship Heaven. As I was born in a modern era, every year I held a festivity wishing to express my gratitude to all living creatures and a sincere wish for the well being of people all over the world. At one occasion, I made a sweet rice cake that was known as Daifuku, one originating from Koguryo, and at another handmade a big cake that I named Mt. Gojo. We enjoyed having them and talked about Koguryo. Today I held a gathering at the NPO KOMA Tohoku center and screened the video of the Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered concert held at Iwaki, Fukushima. I felt that the high spirituality and soul of ancient Koguryo’s people was revived. I realized that a human soul was eternal and a human being could live a truly beautiful life. The gathering was extremely precious as we could talk about our future and witness that our sincere expressions have always been realized. I would live on and keep on creating a beautiful world until the arrival of a glorious era.
