Mt. Gojo

 

At the salon gathering held at Café Akira Roppongi, Tokyo, I screened a video of Mt. Gojo, filmed and edited by Master Idaki Shin. Its music, also composed by him,was in a very quick tempo and wiped away everything that drew backwards. The fresh greening of Mt. Gojo made me feel supreme happiness. Actually the video was filmed when I visited there coinciding with my birthday. People celebrated me with fireworks and birthday cake at a hotel located at the foot of Mt. Gojo. Because coffee drinking was not common there we brought from Japan our Andromeda Ethiopia coffee to serve on my birthday. It tasted truly wonderful. Today’s video with brilliantly shining greening of trees, fortification wall, yellow flowers, etc. jumped into my mind. I was filled with happiness and became vigorous.
I felt something sinister in the atmosphere of Tokyo and the haunted look of people. However as there would be the Idaki Shin concert, I could embrace hope and enjoy today’s video screening. Under any circumstances I would remain happy at heart and live a beautiful life. While I have been praying for a global peace since childhood I was determined to realize my dream. Together with our fellow staff we could appreciate the marvelous video created by Master Idaki Shin and renew our heart. We felt as if we were actually standing on Mt. Gojo. We would get together and create a truly good human era. Thank you very much.
