Puppet and peach festival

 

Since childhood I used to go to Jindaiji temple together with my father to celebrate the puppet and peach festival. From the beginning I felt a sad story of an ancient coupling between Japanese and Koguryo people. Later in my life I came to know about this as the real one and I was amazed to have realized that a human being could understand something that was not taught by others.
As I came to Kyoto I recalled many things about my father and felt grateful that I was living a new life realizing human nature.
I woke up in the morning and found myself having realized what I had experienced at yesterday’s concert and lecture by Master Idaki Shin. Mere knowledge did not allow one to live a better life and I was grateful that Master Idaki Shin had always taught us to realize things in depth by his lectures and all his behavior. Instead of giving us an easy answer to questions I had he always guided me to become awakened to the essential nature of humankind and develop our inner sensitivities and intelligence. I am sure that such a miraculous opportunity to realize the truth has never been provided in past human history. By manifesting the truth I would vigorously realize my deepest wish and dream of realizing an authentic peace all over the world.
