Wind

I painted with black ink and
Wrote my poem on Washi, our traditional paper.
Trees around the Yasaka tower waved to a gentle wind.
I felt the presence of souls of my ancestors.
I continued writing connected to the wind.
I realized a lovely human life.

Standing out before the blue sky
The Yasaka tower was beautiful.
My soul trembled.
It has witnessed all the history here
And shared the hearts of people.
Its beauty has never faded away throughout history.
I would create authentic beauty like this
And live on in a new era.
