Aroma

It was in Syria that Mr. Idaki Shin told me that the last human sensitivity whose original richness we should regain was the sense of aroma. Then at the Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered concert held in Syria that also commemorated its one hundred times I started by narrating a poem entitled “aroma of Syria”. Today’s aroma made me recall that originally I had planned and worked very hard to hold its 100th concert at Mt. Gojo, the birth place of Koguryo, however Mr. Idaki Shin advised me to do this in Syria and I followed his opinion. I realized that I could globally influence from Japan by expressing the richness of the human heart. I also recalled that in Ethiopia Mr. Idaki Shin had filmed and showed videos of beautiful land, culture and marvelous historic sites of Ethiopia instead of a miserable image of people suffering out of drought and poverty. Ethiopian people were very happy with his approach and thanked us as a great support saying that Mr. Idaki Shin demonstrated the importance of human dignity and made them regain confidence and pride in their own country that encouraged them to open up a path for an autonomous development. More often than I have visited many countries, a country that was in a war situation or having a sad history of bloodshed in the past usually had had a glorious history and spirituality in ancient times. So I acknowledged a special aroma that allowed people to regain their original nature to open up a truly peaceful world with hope at heart. For me souls of people were addressing me as an aroma carried by a wind. So today a special aroma of Syria was revived. My soul was unified with it and keep on expressing my deepest heart to create a new world.
