Unified at heart

In August in Japan we had the anniversary day of the end of the Pacific war and atomic bombs. I sincerely prayed for people who had sacrificed their life while in the Middle East countries numerous lives have been lost and I felt this as my own thing. For today’s concert, the Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered, I made up my mind to put on a black costume designed by Prof. Ghazi from Lebanon and fabricated in Syria as I wished to express my deepest condolences. I recalled that I had started to create what I called “mind-scape art works” that expressed the beauty of human internality, light-scape, following a message I had received in my night dream about a Japanese traditional idea to make something with one thousand stitches of a needle as I could not resist doing something facing weeks of bombing committed by the Israeli army in Lebanon in July 2006, that caused huge loss of human life and serious damage. Until now I always wished to express unity at heart and have been creating my art works. So for today’s costume, I asked one of my staff members at the Keiko Koma Skyrocket Center to make accessories in the shape of an Arabic logo of my name and I put them on the black costume as I knew that my expression could reach any person’s heart on earth. Today’s costume was a part of my demonstration as I wished globally to declare by way of poetic narrations an authentic peace at the Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered concert. Under any negative circumstances to remained unified at heart was the key drastically to change the situation. I realized this fact better more than ever now. Having successfully held five concerts, in an invisible world a world of darkness was taken away to Heaven and human beings became allowed to live a free life. A human era has been greatly changed into a new one. Now we remained unified at heart and paved a way for realizing a global peace. I was extremely grateful as we could share with Lebanese people the Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered concerts for these two days by Internet live streaming. Thank you very much.
