Night in Tohoku

To Lebanon
My homeland of soul;
To the Middle East and the rest of the world.

Though there was no message carried by wind
Tonight, among the darkness of sky with thick clouds
A brilliantly shining star was moving around,
That looked like a sign for transforming the world.
Now I could move forwards.

Overlooking the sky
And stars
I was moved at heart.
As I remained standing still here
Stars were very active
And allowed me to bear great hope to live on.
Light of hope has survived and been connected to my internality
So that we would build a marvelous future.

Light would meet other light to change our world.
Light was gathering around a twinkling star.
An infinite number of stars in the sky designated the infinite possibility of our life,
And infinite nature of our hope.
