Freedom of life
Today at the Keiko Koma Skyrocket Center at Omotesando, Tokyo I held a marbling fair and many people came to appreciate marbling wear that made them feel the freedom of life liberated from any restrictions, as each one was unique in the world. Once a person put one on he or she became joyful and started to express oneself in a lively manner. Light of nature, wind and water were mingled and echoed to our heart as I produced beautiful patterns that always impressed me. I enjoyed appreciating them with many people. To remain rich and beautiful at heart was the key to make the surrounding circumstances rich and fruitful. I realized the most pure and beautiful light of human life that would never be destroyed by any outer force so I started to create my mind-scape art works praying at heart that a person who put one on would be protected against any harm. Wishing to diffuse our heart for realizing a global peace we produced marbling art works overlooking the Yasaka tower at the inner garden of the Koma gallery Café at Yasaka, Kyoto. Though it was hot in summer time I hoped that everybody would remain energetic. As I went down to the basement floor, sat in front of the Koma calligraphy, and closed my eyes I envisioned a light-scape that a new movement for rebuilding our country was started and each person’s life was unified and brilliantly shining. With vigor I would dedicate myself to creating a truly good human era.
