At Yasaka
In the late afternoon, as I wailed a passage leading to the Yasaka tower, passengers became scarce and I could hear some sounds that seemed to prepare the silence of night. As the silhouette of the tower manifested what was wet with rain, my heart became excited as I felt as if I encountered a most cherished person. I faced it and closed my eyes to meet souls of my ancestors who had lived here. I realized their joy that could never be expressed in words to have welcomed a new era and gathered again. Their marvelous spirituality was standing and a new beautiful world became wide open. I was greatly encouraged by this light-scape as it showed that our country would be protected by it. Then as I opened my eyes leaves of trees that were wet as well by rain, gently waved to wind and made a sound that told me of the joy of souls of people. A fresh wind has also passed through my life. I thanked everything for the wonderful time. I said farewell for a while and greeted the tower. Then I turned around and resumed my walk down the pavement. I felt the presence of warm regards from Great Being coming from the back and my heart became filled with energy. I would come back here for the Idaki Shin concert to be held in Kyoto on the 15th of August. Though I would be away for a while we would work together and I swore that I would do my very best for opening up a marvelous future of Japan and the rest of the world. Like this I left Yasaka in the rain.
