Snow-covered Mt. Gojo

At the Keiko Koma documentary salon gathering held at Café Akira Roppongi, I always screened a video of snow-covered Mt. Gojo that was filmed and edited by Mr. Idaki Shin. Though it was hot now in July I was happy and loved to watch the video as the snow covered all the recent artificial things on Mt. Gojo and manifested its true image in ancient Koguryo’s era. All at once my soul trembled and said that the truth of Koguryo was manifested. The sound of cold winter wind of the video made me feel chilly. I shrank myself and tried to pull up my clothes against it. As I noticed that in reality I was in our Café Akira, I smiled by myself. Like this, just by watching the video, I could feel as if I were visiting the land of my ancestor’s dynasty, Koguryo. This was a very pleasant moment in my life and greatly encouraged me to live on, as I recalled that when I was in a historic site of Koguryo I became extremely happy and filled with vigor to live on. Under any difficult situation I would break through and keep on doing our activities. So to my gratitude, just to watch a video of Koguryo’s land made me very energetic. Today many fellow staff members have gathered here, and after the video we talked about a feeling one got by watching it. In ancient times people lived a very dynamic life. We realized their energy of life. We would follow them or become more dynamic than them as we were living in an era of great transformation that would stop the repetition of sad history and the Idaki counseling courses made us able to nourish strong spirituality and a vigorous body. With hope in our mind and unified with Great Being we would pave a way for an authentic peace all over the world.
