Letter of gratitude

Almost every day we received letters from children living in a disaster hit area to whom I presented my marbling T-shirts. Their handwriting expressed their heart and I felt extremely grateful. I created them at the inner garden of the Koma gallery Café at Yasaka, Kyoto. All my staff worked without stop as it needed to prepare pools, paints, water, drying, etc., as one process that I repeated mixing paints, dying with marbling and picking them up from water again and again without standing still. Like this a unique piece of marbling T-shirt was created and each design made me imagine the face of a child who would put it on and I smiled at it. This joy was the source of energy for us to keep on working without taking a rest. After having dried all of them many supporting staffs joined us to iron them and share the joy all together. Our heart was unified and I realized that the unity of heart could be responded to with joy as was visible in many thank you letters. To express our sincere heart was indeed the most important thing. I would keep on doing this as the connection at heart of people was the driving force for us to live on and create a peaceful world. Thank you very much.
