Cherry blossom in Iwate

This was the title of the message delivered by Mr. Idaki Shin in part one of his charity concert held today in Morioka for the victims of the Tohoku disaster. Just by writing down this title here my heart was greatly moved and tears came up in my eyes. It read that “The amazing strength of cherry blossoms in Iwate was well known as they were deeply rooted underground and were capable of breaking a stone apart. To have a strong spirituality like them was indispensable for us to create our future. We can do this by unifying our life at the depth of our internality with laws and principles of great nature and the vast universe.” His beautiful message continued and as I listened to the music I truly realized what he meant. I acknowledged that a strong spirituality was firmly built within my life and was standing like a pole of light. In part two, he delivered another message entitled “human life in our internality” and expressed the nature of human life that was to live a life unified with Great Being. This was an ultimate answer to the question “What was human kind.” I always felt that I was alive when I realized the presence of Great Being so I would remain sincere and grateful to it. I was greatly moved at today’s concert that I could not express in words, however, I became filled with energy and hope to move forwards for tomorrow. I recalled that when I had moved around and visited the disaster hit areas soon after the disaster, I came across a tree of cherry blossoms in Iwate that was beautifully in full bloom, touched my heart and greatly encouraged me as it was waving to a wind and seemed to share the grievances and pains of people. Its image has perpetuated in my mind. I embraced within my heart the everlasting divine influences of Great Being under any difficult situation and I would live a truly human life.
