Letter from snow

As I opened the window of my room in the morning everywhere was covered with snow and snowfalls were coming down from Heaven. I felt the warmth of people’s heart in a closed land. My life became vigorous and joyful. The snow was brilliantly shining under morning sun beams that seemed to tell me that when people got together, each person’s power would become unified drastically to change any difficult situation for the better. This morning I held a gathering entitled “Katarukai”, a circle of talk, and we tasted new cookies handmade by Mr. Idaki Shin. He made them out of a variety of ingredients to make one special flavor and as I took one I felt as if I had a sweet ball of light. I was moved by the warmth of people’s heart and love. Owing to his unique special cookies today’s gathering became a very special one, and I was very grateful to my life, being provided with an opportunity to express my deepest wishes to people all over the world as I knew that human beings were interconnected to each other at the depth of one’s heart. To my great wonder in reality what I expressed at one of my gatherings always made a new encounter happen sometime later. Especially often I realized this abroad and as if somebody had listened to my story many wonderful things had been prearranged in a positive manner. I realized that when our internality remained very rich we could live together transcending any distance in space. So wherever I were on earth I could positively influence the rest of the world. Today’s letter of snow told me that the closed land has started to open up. And today’s Idaki counseling courses were full of an atmosphere of twenty-nine years ago when I had started the courses for the first time. I realized another new start. I recalled also that thirty-one years ago Mr. Idaki Shin said that a human being could live a brilliantly shining life the older one got. This sounded like a dream but has turned out to be true with my own life. I would continue to live a joyful life true to the Idaki counseling courses. I was greatly moved. Thank you very much for a wonderful night and life in Tohoku.
