Komabijin

What a lovely name it was! Just by uttering the name, Komabijin, an original sweet soup made out of a variety of beans and ingredients, I became excited and joyful. This was a new version of Komagayushiruko adding red beans. I had made its recipe by myself when I had opened the Koma gallery Café in Kyoto. Mr. Idaki Shin handmade it and tasted completely new. I imagined with joy that in ancient times Koguryo’s people might have taken something similar to this. Eventually I recalled that in Ethiopia I ate a special food handmade for a family member who would go for a pilgrimage and just a few bits made me filled with energy. I also heard that it would last for many days. Immediately I came to like it as I realized love of family. Likewise just by taking a small quantity of Komabijin I became energetic. As it was made only out of nutritious materials I was sure that it would make people healthy and vigorous. I was filled with hope and became determined to vigorously open up a wonderful future. A bit of Komabijin made me excessively joyful. I knew from experience that this was a special joy anticipating an opening of a marvelous future. When I had one with my fellow staff in the inner garden of the Koma gallery Café, I envisioned a beautiful light that seemed to promise to give birth to a wonderful bud in our future. I was filled with energies for creating a truly good human era owing to delicious foods in addition to the Idaki counseling courses, the Idaki Shin concerts that enriched my internality. I was filled with light and hope as my life was together with Great Being. Thank you very much.
