Special gathering

Our New Year started at Yasaka, Kyoto and offered rice cakes made by Mr. Idaki Shin, in combination with which he also made sweet Zenzai soup out of red beans that were grown in a field in Hokkaido where we had installed a special Idaki Shin sound system to play his music every day. The taste was wonderful and people who usually did not take rice cakes or sweet beans found them delicious. The coffee served by Mr. Idaki Shin was also a very special one, and those who did not like coffee came to love it. They were indeed wonderful as Mr. Idaki Shin perfectly understood the essential nature of human life. Pickles made by him were also amazingly enriching to life as I witnessed that he had poured into them energy from the vast universe while he was working on them. Usually people did not understand what I meant to say. However, I was confident that their taste would tell everything. To live a rich life at heart was a key for us to live on and to eat truly nourishing and vital things was indispensable for our life. At the Koma gallery Café at Yasaka, we could offer both and everybody got together like big family members and enjoyed special foods, drinks and events that enriched our life with warmth of family. I was extremely glad as we could make a good start to the New Year. Thank you very much.
