Wandu castle city

Today after a long absence I held the salon gathering at Café Akira in Tokyo and watched a video with music edited and composed by Mr. Idaki Shin of our trip made to Wandu castle city in May two thousand nine. This trip commemorated that the theme of our concert, the Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered, became a universal one. The ruin of its fortification wall remained untouched for about one thousand nine hundred years as no archeological research was made so far. It allowed me to realize the ancient atmosphere of Koguryuo and its eternal spirituality still standing in the midst of a mountain castle. My soul trembled as I was touched by souls living in an eternal world. I was filled with vigor to create a new country. Its high spirituality and energy were indispensable for me deeply to realize at heart now that I was heading for five coming concerts including two Legends of Koguryo Rediscovered concerts. I wondered what would be the messages to us from the souls of kings who had built a marvelous dynasty in ancient times. I was glad as I could always meet their souls at my concert. It was a great honor and awful thing. Today’s Idaki Shin music also made me realize the nature of human life connected to universal nature from a very remote past and I deepened my understanding about humankind. As a wind blew I could hear a message from the souls of Koguryo people. My soul trembled. The encounter with the truth opened our life and we were paving a way for realizing an authentic peace all over the world.
