As a human being

The Idaki Shin charity concert held at our Kyoto office provided me with a precious experience of thinking about the nature of humankind, in relationship to the way for recovering from the Tohoku Japan disaster, in an authentic sense, as seen from an invisible eternal world. Repeatedly I said to myself that we should never forget that we were human beings. This was a very simple thing, however, it should have a deep meaning. While our society was built on the principles of money and objects, every common sense was nothing but an artificial thing that controlled our life. So when a person followed a conventional way of business, one became captivated by money. However, we could not live on without earning money, so we should create a new system and works that were based on principles of life. Not to mention that in an eternal world there should never be money. Those who were controlled by money would not realize the eternal nature of life. At today’s concert, I acknowledged that to regain the purity and beauty of the human heart and soul was the basis for rebuilding our country in an authentic sense. I was grateful to today’s precious concert that showed me the way as I was about to visit several disaster hit areas in Tohoku .
