From Russia
We arrived safely in Moscow that looked completely different as we had visited last time in winter and it was snowing. In early spring it was really warm and many people were walking in the streets. Though it was already night there was still sunlight and it was not so dark as in Japan. I heard that after several weeks flower blossoms would start . A photo of mine taken by Mr. Idaki Shin on arriving at Moscow airport was showing how I rejoiced at being here. I anticipated something wonderful would happen. After the Idaki Shin concert in Kyoto I became confident of the arrival of a new era of human beings true to the nature of life, so I was confident of opening up new stage in our path from Moscow.
Though the flight was long, I felt as if I were coming back to my homeland or visiting just a neighboring town. When I visited Kyoto after two hour train trip, I felt in the same manner. The world was indeed one.
The vast land of Russia
Was covered by robust straight trees that
Seemed to invite us towards an endless world of dreams.
Where there was no distinction between past and future.
I could envision a wonderful light-scape here that people
who were once separated in the remote past would
get together again and meet each other in the near future.
The land of Russia made me cheerful as it was full of
great romanticism in history and aroma of birth.
