From Yasaka
An old monk over one hundred years old visited my gallery exhibition again in the morning and looked for me as I arrived only in the afternoon. A director of the FM station’s program that I joined last night also came. At Yasaka I really enjoyed holding my exhibition surrounded by beautiful atmosphere such as pure water streams.
Guided by ancient aroma of pure water
I met people associated with my soul
At Yasaka, cherry blossoms have started to bloom
out of joy and happiness to welcome a new spring.
Fresh green winds
Cherry blossom have started blooming in Kyoto, decorating the banks of the Kamogawa river.
Spring has come to Yasaka in the same way as a gust of wind at Mt. Gojo,
It passed through the internality of my life,
While Koguryo people’s lives in exile were destined not to go back to their home land,
their heart has been always connected to it and lives on.
They left traces of Koguryo to and fro.
I could hear the voices of my ancestors.
While Heaven shall be eternal, a new endless world was wide open to us, now all the souls that knew winds of Mt. Gojo were resurrected, embraced by an aroma of fresh green leaves accompanied by winds of true spring.
