Unifying our hearts to create a new era of humankind

I rejoiced to have received a message from Mr. Nehme, just before my Mind–scape exhibition, that I considered a festivity of history. I felt we were always closely collaborating to open up a new history. Owing to many people’s endeavors we could successfully open the exhibition, attended by many visitors. Mr. Idaki Shin played music live and made everybody there feel a heavenly dimension. In the lobby I made an installation of all my art works by myself, as I considered them my children. Especially my new works using wooden boxes and special traditional paints seemed to express unknown sacred codes, that people 2000 years from now would love to decode. Mr. Idaki Shin took photos of every piece. I had a great time. Also I was challenged to use a special enamel technique in making pendants. Everybody was excited to see how wonderfully their impression changes as sunlight mingled with electric lights.
Mr. Idaki Shin wrote “love” with traditional calligraphy on each specially made wood box. He said that modern man has lost the unity of intelligence and internal sensitivity because what one saw and what one felt were usually different. His performance consisted of music and video projection. He is trying to regain the unity of brain and body better to understand oneself. When one recovers oneself one can create better circumstances, therefore to change oneself from within is always the short cut to reach solutions. Our concerts provide a miraculous opportunity to get over even the most difficult problems that one can hardly cope with just by oneself. Many volunteer staff are endeavoring to lead every one of NPO Koma ‘s concerts in August to big success as we tackle the urgent problems of the world. I wish to share our concerts with as many people as possible all over the world.
