Koma

I went to the basement floor of the Skyrocket Center to greet the Koma calligraphy. I sat down on my knees in front of it and closed my eyes to envision our future; the old era was over and we would be reborn in a new world. I recalled that I had brought in this calligraphy in September of last year when it was heavily storming and I realized a message for building a new nation. I decided to use this calligraphy work as the symbolic sign for the Koma gallery Café at Yasaka that would open on the 1st of January next year. I acknowledged the liaison between the two gallery spaces and the process of building a new nation for opening up a future of humankind. I enjoy preparing for its opening. At night I held a salon gathering at Café Akira and in the beginning I screened a video of Mt. Gojo that we filmed three years ago. I felt a wind of Mt. Gojo and I became extremely vigorous. My soul trembled with joy as we were moving forwards to realize my dream of Gojo; to manifest one’s true nature and create a peaceful world. The atmosphere of Koguryo always made me vigorous. I felt extremely grateful to be able to experience this by just watching a video filmed by Mr. Idaki Shin.
It was indeed time for all of us to get together and change outer situations in the world.
